Shipping & Returns
Each wig is hand-crafted with the utmost attention to detail, and braided tightly for a long-lasting finish. As such, Express Wigs ship within 4 business days as these are already made and in stock. Custom Wigs require a processing time of 10 - 15 working days and shipping time of 4 business days. When your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Although we have never had any incidents of lost packages, we recommend that you select "signature required' for your deliveries. This way, the courier service will require a person at your address to sign for your package. If your package is confirmed by the courier service as "delivered' but in an unlikely event turns out that you did not receive the package, you would have to file a claim with the courier service.
We will only replace orders in instances where the courier service confirms that the package was lost in transit. Jara Hair is not responsible for any packages that were delivered to your address.
As hair extensions are hygienic products, we only consider returns in the unlikely event that a product was received damaged. We have measures in place to ensure that our team sends out customer packages safely and in the best condition, but we would have no control over the safety of packages coming from the customers if returns are accepted. As such, no wig returns and no refunds are offered at this time. Our quality control team carefully examines each product before they are packaged and shipped to ensure high standards are maintained.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged upon you receiving it, please contact us within 3 days with pictures and a description of the damage to request a product exchange. The product must be in its original condition.
- We will review your exchange request only if the product was not colored, washed, worn, the lace was not cut, and the product was not manipulated in any way.
- Exchange requests must be received via email within 3 business days of the product delivery date. We reserve the right to determine whether the product is eligible for an exchange.
- If your product was damaged and your exchange request is approved by us, we will send you instructions on how to exchange the item. You must ship the item back to us and provide a tracking number within 3 business days after the exchange approval. The customer will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. No exchange will be issued for any exchange request/email that is received after 3 business days of product delivery and any approved request for which the returning item is not shipped within 3 additional business days after exchange approval.
